Shipping
Most pantry, herbal, and jewelry items ship. Fragile, oversized, or fire-related items — birdseed wreaths and mullein torches — may be pickup only.
Timing is small-batch, not Amazon. Orders go out in batches, packed by hand, and you get a note when it leaves Newport.
Shipping is a flat $9 on shippable orders. If something cannot ship, it is marked pickup only on the product.
Pickup
Pickup is at 358 Main St., Newport, VT 05855 — the studio-home, not a storefront.
Book a window or arrange by text. Saturdays 9–1 align with the market; weekdays by arrangement.
Please do not drop in unannounced during forage days. Text ahead and Serena will be there.
Returns
Unopened, unused items within 7 days are returnable on non-perishable jewelry and sealed dry goods.
No returns on perishable food, opened tinctures, or custom jewelry. Each custom piece is one piece.
If something arrives wrong or broken, text Serena right away — she will make it right.
Privacy
Your contact information is used for orders and the letter. It is never sold.
You can leave the list anytime, from any email, and the data is removed.
Botanical disclaimer
These offerings are traditional botanical preparations and foods. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Forage and consume only what you can identify with certainty.
Only consume plants you can positively identify. This site is not medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a condition, talk to a qualified practitioner before adding any botanical preparation to your routine.
Allergens
Food items are homemade specialty pantry goods. Allergens are listed on each product where relevant — garlic, honey, soy/tamari, and mushrooms. If you have a serious allergy, text Serena before you order and she will read you the exact label.
